Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:
- 5+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in hospitality or commercial construction
- Managing the full project life cycle including scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
- Coordinating closely with architects, engineers, and consultants as an owner/builder
- Soliciting subcontractor bids and maintaining historical cost data
- Reviewing drawings, contracts, permits, and change orders
- Tracking project performance, identifying risks early, and reporting to ownership
- Utilizing project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organization and communication skills
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
