Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager opportunity include:
- 7+ years of Project Management experience, specifically with HVAC ductwork for large industrial or commercial buildings
- Ability to perform building layouts and supervise work sites
- Understanding of construction drawings and specifications
- Experience with scheduling subcontractors and suppliers
- Able to identify critical issues and challenges that would impact projects
- Proficient in Outlook and Excel
- Interpret construction plans and specifications, ensuring accurate implementation, and facilitate parts and materials ordering
- Coordinate work crew schedules and material deliveries to maintain project timelines, meeting or surpassing client expectations
- Must be willing to travel as needed
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
