We’re hiring a Construction Project Manager to manage multiple vertical construction rehab projects in the Chicagoland area. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:
- 2–3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in vertical construction or building rehab projects
- Proven ability to manage 7–8 active projects, from preconstruction through closeout
- Strong scheduling and estimating skills; capable of working with multiple trades and subcontractors
- Familiarity with software like Buildertrend or Procore for managing construction workflows
- Comfortable in the field with limited supervision; ability to lead projects independently
- Experience working on city, housing department, or local government-funded construction projects
- Strong communication skills; capable of reporting to executive leadership and ensuring deadlines are met
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and construction best practices (certifications a plus but not required)
Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
