We are seeking a Construction/Piping Estimator for a permanent, direct-hire position based in Bedford, OH. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction/Piping Estimator position include:
- 10+ years of estimating experience in construction or piping projects, ideally with Education, Commercial buildings, Warehouses, and Power plants
- Ability to perform accurate takeoffs and utilize estimating software (any platform accepted)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Manage project estimates for jobs ranging from $750K – $7.5M
- Balance office (75%) and site (25%) responsibilities
- Minimal travel required within a 1–3-hour drive; overnight travel rare
- Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and field crews to ensure accurate bids and project success
- Opportunity to step into a leadership track within the piping division
Salary: $80,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
