Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Manager opportunity include:
- 5+ years of experience in data center development, particularly in hyperscale projects with capacities of 90+ megawatts, and a strong understanding of MEP systems
- Experience working collaboratively with general contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders in the development and execution of large-scale projects (e.g., campuses)
- Proficiency with project management software such as Bluebeam or Procore is preferred, along with familiarity with Microsoft applications
- Must be willing to travel every two weeks for 2-3 days, primarily within Texas but occasionally to Chicago, to oversee MEP installations and transition projects to the fit-out team
Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
