Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Estimator position include:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial/industrial construction estimating and project management
- Experience with projects of at least $10M in size
- Perform accurate take-offs and estimates from blueprints and specifications
- Utilize software such as Bluebeam and Building Connected; flexibility to use preferred tools
- Analyze bid opportunities and develop pricing strategies
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost-effective execution and budget adherence
- Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
- Perform occasional walk-throughs (travel within one hour from office, approx. 10%)
Salary: $70,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 100% employer-paid BCBS medical insurance with a $500 deductible, unlimited PTO as long as work is completed, and an annual Christmas bonus based on company profitability.
