Qualifications and responsibilities for this Concrete Project Manager / Estimator position include:
- 5+ years of experience in concrete construction, including 2–3 years in project management or estimating roles
- Experience with utility-adjacent projects such as sidewalks, curbs, and gutters
- Conduct field walks and perform detailed quantity takeoffs for restoration and flatwork scopes
- Prepare comprehensive estimates including labor, materials, and equipment using company cost history
- Lead project start-up and coordination with field teams, vendors, and utility schedules
- Manage contracts, change orders, and ensure accurate billing and documentation
- Uphold safety and quality standards while maintaining clean and professional public worksites
- Foster strong client relationships with utilities, municipalities, and private project owners
Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Bonus potential up to 25%, with earnings up to $200,000.
