Qualifications and responsibilities for this Composite Mechanic / Technician position include:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with aerospace composite repairs and structures
  • Prior work with radomes, thrust reversers, inlets, flaps, and fan cowls required
  • Must hold an Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license
  • Ability to interpret technical manuals and repair specifications for composite components
  • Work independently and collaboratively in a structure/composites shop environment
  • Potential to transition into Production Manager role for qualified candidates
  • Optional overtime available; weekend shifts are flexible
  • Must be reliable and committed to quality and safety

Salary: $38 - $42 per hour, commensurate with experience.
