Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Roofing Sales Representative position include:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial roofing sales
- Strong background in both repair work and full re-roof projects
- Ability to generate leads through cold calling, door-to-door, and marketing outreach
- Comfortable handling everything from small service jobs to million-dollar roofing contracts
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals
- Willingness to travel throughout Georgia; preference for candidates near Buford
- Experience with CRM tools such as DataForma is helpful (training provided)
- Strong marketing skills or background in marketing is a plus
Salary: $75,000 - $100,000+ per year, commensurate with experience and includes commission and bonus potential.
