Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Refrigeration Service Manager position include:
- 7+ years of experience in commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems, including technical field service
- Strong knowledge of walk-in coolers/freezers, AC units, and ice machines for restaurants, c-stores, and retail
- Provide real-time technical support to field technicians and assist with diagnostics and repairs
- Manage and support field operations, including scheduling, dispatch coordination, and resource planning
- Mentor and develop field technicians through training, onboarding, and coaching
- Act as point of escalation for customer concerns, ensuring high service quality and response times
- Collaborate with purchasing, customer service, and billing to improve workflows and efficiency
- Prepare for succession into a leadership role overseeing company-wide service operations
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
