A fast-growing, locally owned contractor is seeking a Commercial Plumbing Manager in Lee’s Summit, MO to drive operations, grow the division, and work on major projects. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Plumbing Manager position include:
- Minimum 5 years of commercial plumbing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred
- Proficiency with project management software (ServiceTitan, Procore, or similar)
- Manage commercial plumbing projects from bid award to closeout
- Supervise and support foremen, plumbers, and apprentices with clear KPIs and 4DX accountability
- Collaborate on estimating, bid reviews, and maintaining GC/developer relationships
- Oversee job costing, billing, scheduling, and labor/material productivity
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a strong team culture
Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
