We’re currently seeking a Commercial Maintenance HVAC Technician for a full-time position in the beautiful Prairie View, TX. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Maintenance HVAC Technician position include:
- 2+ years of HVAC Technician or Apprentice experience (preferably in institutional, industrial, or commercial settings)
- Experience interpreting and working with blueprints and schematics
- EPA certification preferred (company assistance available to obtain after hire)
- Valid driver’s license required
- Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and fire alarm systems
- Diagnose and repair facility equipment with guidance from supervisors or foremen
- Respond to emergency issues and perform preventive maintenance duties
- Document work completed using CMMS and assist with project planning and shop safety
Salary: $16.50 - $20.00 an hour, commensurate with experience.
