We’re currently hiring a Commercial Landscape Estimator—a fantastic opportunity for someone with grit, drive, and deep industry knowledge to take their career to the next level.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Landscape Estimator position include:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience specifically in commercial landscaping estimating
- Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff (OST) and Microsoft Excel required
- Experience working at a larger commercial landscape company strongly preferred
- Perform takeoffs and estimating for large-scale commercial landscape/irrigation projects in CA and NV
- Collaborate with team to ensure accurate cost estimation and budget adherence
- No residential estimating – must understand commercial project nuances and requirements
- Work closely with project managers to ensure smooth handoff from estimate to execution
- Opportunities for growth into a Senior Estimator role for the right candidate
Salary: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 100% employer-paid health insurance for employees, dental and vision insurance, 40 hours of sick time and 40 hours of PTO annually with accrual over time, profit sharing (approximately $3K annually), and a performance-based holiday bonus.
