Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial HVAC Technician position include:
- Minimum 2+ years of commercial HVAC experience required; 5+ years preferred
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willingness to undergo background, drug, and motor vehicle checks
- Perform service, maintenance, and occasional installation (install work only ~10%)
- Operate within a 1-hour radius of Des Moines; occasional farther travel
- Participate in on-call rotation every 4-6 weeks
- Deliver professional customer service and maintain accurate service records
Salary: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
