Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial HVAC Service Technician position include:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- EPA Universal Certification (or equivalent) required; VA or NC state licensing as applicable
- Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units (25+ tons)
- Respond to service calls and perform emergency repairs within a 1.5-hour service radius
- Maintain compliance with safety standards, codes, and proper documentation
- Provide repair/replacement recommendations and communicate effectively with customers
- Perform occasional system replacements and assist with installs as needed
- Maintain clean driving record and pass background check and drug screening
Salary: $30 - $38 per hour, commensurate with experience.
