Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Shop Manager position include:
- 5+ years of CNC production experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Proficient in CNC machining and technologies; ability to troubleshoot, schedule, and oversee machine operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of CNC operators and machinists; foster a safety-first, team-oriented environment.
- Implement and uphold ISO manufacturing standards; maintain quality and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering on process improvements, tooling, and automation initiatives.
- Oversee equipment maintenance, calibration, and ensure production flow meets quality and efficiency targets.
- Manage budget, tooling, and inventory levels; coordinate purchasing to minimize downtime.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen; experience with Mastercam and GD&T preferred.
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
