Join a respected, family-owned manufacturer as a CNC Setup Operator in San Antonio, Texas, where you will work on advanced 5-axis and 9-axis mill turn machines supporting high-end aluminum production for top-tier clients. Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Setup Operator position include:
- Minimum 3 years of CNC setup and operation experience, preferably with 5-axis CNC machines or 9-axis mill turn equipment
- Setup experience on 5-axis and/or 9-axis machines
- Experience with Haas, DN/Doosan, and Fanuc machines preferred,
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Set up and operate 1 to 2 automated CNC machines with a primary focus on setup tasks and efficient production support
- Work with robotic-assisted machining processes to support aluminum component production
- Troubleshoot setup-related issues and support smooth machine operation while maintaining quality and production standards
- Participate in up-training opportunities and contribute to a strong culture-focused team environment
Salary: $22 - $25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
