Description
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing team as a CNC Router Operator located in Carrollton, Texas. This company is a leader in producing high-end samples and displays for flooring and building materials, known for its strong culture and core team of skilled operators. Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Router Operator position include:
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain CNC routers, primarily Multicam machines
- Modify and adjust existing CNC programs; programs and drawings are typically simple
- Use Enroute CAD software to create and revise drawings as needed
- Perform setup, operation, and monitoring of CNC routers including dual-head and angled-head machines
- Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency
- Perform basic preventative maintenance to keep machines running efficiently
- Work hands-on with wood-only materials in a job shop environment
- Support continuous improvement efforts to reduce downtime and improve production flow
Salary: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including dental insurance, health insurance with 50% of the premium paid by the company, vision insurance, overtime opportunities, and a consistent 6:00am–3:30pm schedule.
