Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Programmer position include:
- 5 to 10 years of CNC programming experience, with strong experience in 5-axis and/or 9-axis CNC programming
- Experience with CNC milling and lathe programming preferred, with flexibility for candidates stronger in one area
- Experience with Haas, DN, Doosan, and Fanuc-controlled machines, along with programming software such as NX and Fusion or similar platforms
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to thrive in a culture-focused, team-oriented environment
- Create and optimize CNC programs for multi-axis machines including 5-axis and 9-axis mill-turn equipment
- Support production of aluminum components while ensuring quality, efficiency, and smooth machine operation across first or second shift schedules
- Collaborate with shop leadership and production teams while contributing to a growing manufacturing operation with opportunities for up-training and advancement
Salary: $30 - $35 per hour, commensurate with experience.
