Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Programmer position include:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC programming, especially with 3, 4, and 5-axis milling and turning.
- Proficiency in Mastercam, SolidWorks, and G-code/M-code for advanced aerospace and medical parts.
- Ability to program and set up CNC machines, select appropriate tooling, and validate programs for machinist hand-off.
- Experience with FANUC and HAAS controls, horizontal and vertical mills, and lathes.
- Skilled in blueprint reading, GD&T, and using precision measurement tools like micrometers and calipers.
- Previous work with CMM programming (Calypso) and ERP routing design is a plus.
- Must be detail-oriented, highly accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, prototype-to-low-volume production environment.
- Must be open to working 1st shift (5 AM – 3:30 PM or flex options), with OT as needed.
Salary: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
