Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Programmer position include:
- 5+ years of CNC programming experience in the millwork industry; develop and optimize CNC programs for production
- Experience with both milling and lathe; operate CNC machinery to meet production schedules
- Proficiency with Homag CNC Machining Center, Homag Sawteq B200, and Homag Drill Teq V200; ensure proper setup and operation
- Strong working knowledge of Cabinet Vision and Alphacam; AutoCAD and Rhino a plus
- Ability to analyze job orders and perform necessary calculations to ensure accuracy
- Provide instruction and guidance to machine operators to improve workflow
- Perform quality assurance checks and maintain high production standards
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage (50% employer-paid), 5 sick days, 1 week of PTO after one year, 401k with 4% match after one year, tuition reimbursement, and an annual bonus.
