An established and growing consulting civil engineering firm is seeking a Civil Engineering General Manager / Design Manager to lead its Meriden, Connecticut office. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineering General Manager / Design Manager position include:
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a strong record of successful teamwork
- Significant civil engineering design and project management experience
- Broad technical background in civil engineering with expertise in transportation, water resources, and/or water and wastewater systems
- Experience managing design teams and overseeing complex engineering projects
- Proven business development and client relationship management experience
- Municipal and/or CONNDOT design and construction administration experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to provide technical guidance while managing overall office operations
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
