Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineer, PE – Land Development position include:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Texas
- 8+ years of experience in land/site development or project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and design software such as StormCAD, PondPack, Hydroflow, HEC-RAS, and HEC-HMS
- Prepare and manage site civil construction plans including grading, utility, drainage, and erosion control
- Lead design teams and manage project schedules, budgets, and client communications
- Conduct ordinance reviews, utility coordination, and construction site assessments
- Sign and seal drawings as the technical lead for the project team
Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
