Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineer position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required
- PE license preferred or in-progress
- Experience with municipal projects is highly preferred
- Knowledge of Civil 3D and Carlson software; drainage software (HydroCAD or HydroFlow) a plus
- Perform engineering design reviews and oversee plan preparation
- Collaborate with towns and municipalities on capital improvement projects such as road resurfacing, parks, and utilities
- Manage private development projects including residential additions, site plans, parking lots, and townhouses
- Opportunity to manage projects independently and mentor junior engineers
Salary: $75,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including a company-contributed high-deductible health plan, 80% coverage of employee and family insurance, 401(k) with automatic 3% company contribution, PTO after 6 months, 5 sick days, 2 personal days, and paid office closure between Christmas and New Year.
