Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineer position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 2–5 years of experience in land development or a related field; residential land development experience preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite
- Evaluate site plans and utility drawings for compliance and constructability
- Design grading, utility, and residential layouts for feasibility studies
- Interpret geotechnical, traffic, and environmental reports to assess development conditions
- Assist with permitting, due diligence, and coordination with municipalities and consultants
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet budgets, timelines, and quality expectations
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical, dental, vision, a 401k with up to 5% match after one year (entry dates Jan 1 or July 1), 2 weeks of PTO (negotiable), an end-of-year discretionary bonus (approximately 10% of salary after one year), and access to a fitness center.
