Qualifications and responsibilities for this Chemical Laboratory Analyst position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with trace metal analysis using EPA methods (e.g., 200 series)
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot ICP-OES instrumentation and ensure lab QA/QC compliance
- Prepare calibration standards, QC samples, and maintain detailed lab documentation
- Interpret and report analytical data to technical staff and management
- Support customer and regulatory audits through compliance with SOPs and quality systems
- Collaborate on laboratory workflow improvements and technical procedures
- Strong communication, organization, and ability to work independently and in teams
Salary: $52,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
