We’re seeking a Capital Project Engineer based in White Haven, Pennsylvania to help manage and implement critical water and wastewater infrastructure projects throughout the state. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Capital Project Engineer position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of design experience focused on water and wastewater projects.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of capital improvement projects including water treatment plants, wastewater systems, storage tanks, and sewer rehabilitations.
  • Possess or be able to obtain a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license within 12 months of hire.
  • Develop and implement annual capital plans, including cost estimates and project prioritization.
  • Proficient in CAD software, WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prepare and oversee permitting processes, bid documentation, contractor coordination, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Provide due diligence for acquisitions, and evaluate infrastructure needs across potential assets.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Pennsylvania (up to 50% overnight stays) to conduct fieldwork and site visits.

Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
