Qualifications and responsibilities for this CAD Technician position include:
- Developing and coordinating detailed construction working drawings for single-family custom homes
- Producing drawings primarily in Revit, with AutoCAD experience strongly preferred
- Incorporating customer design details and requested revisions into working plans
- Preparing concept and design development drawings based on provided input
- Understanding residential building codes, community guidelines, and construction techniques
- Coordinating with internal design leadership and, when needed, subcontracted drafting support
- Conducting occasional site visits (approximately 2–3 per month) to verify dimensions and conditions
- Managing multiple projects efficiently in a small-team, fast-paced environment
Salary: $65,000 – $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
