We are looking for a Burial Vault Installer / Graveside Service Technician to help deliver and set up burial vaults at cemetery sites, ensuring every graveside service is handled with care, respect, and professionalism. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Burial Vault Installer / Graveside Service Technician position include:
- High school diploma or GED required; valid driver's license with a clean driving record and 3 years’ experience
- Transport and install burial vaults at cemeteries using company vehicles and equipment
- Set up graveside services including tents, chairs, and ceremonial materials
- Operate and maintain lowering devices, vault setters, and other tools safely
- Lift and move 75+ lbs and work in all weather conditions with attention to safety
- Maintain a clean, respectful, and professional appearance at service sites
- Communicate effectively with funeral directors and cemetery personnel
- Keep detailed service logs and inspect equipment regularly
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
