Join a leading multidisciplinary architecture and engineering firm based in Dallas, TX, known for its collaborative and innovative work culture! You'll work on fast-paced, small-scale commercial projects for well-known national convenience store, restaurant, and retail chains, all within a team that values quality, precision, and strong mentorship.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this AutoCAD Drafter position include:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD required; Civil 3D experience is a major plus
- Experience in drafting for convenience stores, restaurants, or small-scale retail/commercial developments preferred
- Strong ability to focus on pure drafting for 40 hours per week without coordination responsibilities
- Willingness to work on-site full-time with hybrid flexibility after onboarding (Mondays and Wednesdays in-office)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Monday.com
- Must be detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to consistent, high-quality drafting work
Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including company-paid individual health insurance, 401k with up to 3% match, and up to 15 days of PTO (increases to 20 days after 5–10 years of service), as well as eligibility for 1–2 annual bonuses totaling $2,500 to $10,000.
