Qualifications and responsibilities for this AutoCAD Designer - Plumbing position include:
- Proven experience in plumbing—either from the field or office side
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (AutoCAD MEP preferred)
- Create and revise plumbing drawings for single-family, multi-family, hotel, podium, and high-rise projects
- Develop layouts for domestic water, sanitary, vent, and gas systems including riser diagrams and isometrics
- Coordinate plumbing designs with architectural, structural, and MEP plans
- Ensure drawings are compliant with local codes, company standards, and project specifications
- Maintain organized CAD files and implement changes from RFIs, ASIs, and change orders
- Support project managers and field teams with up-to-date drawings and design clarifications
Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
