Qualifications and responsibilities for this Assistant Superintendent position include:
- Minimum 5+ years of construction experience, preferably in multifamily or residential; commercial project experience is a plus
- Assist the Superintendent with day-to-day on-site operations and schedule management
- Monitor and coordinate labor in the field and maintain a clean, safe job site
- Enforce safety protocols and perform regular site inspections
- Report project issues and updates to Superintendent for resolution
- Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with building codes
- Use Procore, MS Project, and Outlook for communication and documentation
- Track crew sizes and daily sign-ins, and verify dimensions and clearances
Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
