Qualifications and responsibilities for this Assistant Commercial Superintendent position include:
- 3–5+ years of experience managing aspects of commercial construction projects exceeding $3M
- Experience with base building new construction and large-scale commercial projects
- Knowledge of local building codes and ability to ensure compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, and Bluebeam with working knowledge of Primavera and BIM
- OSHA 10 or 30, CPR, and First Aid certifications; LEED GA preferred
- Oversee and coordinate field installation in accordance with contract documents and schedule
- Supervise subcontractors and field crews to ensure quality, safety, and cost control
- Implement safety programs, conduct inspections, and maintain strong communication between field teams and project management
Salary: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience.
