Qualifications and responsibilities for this Asphalt Paving Foreman position include:
- 1–3 years of experience leading an operations team in asphalt or construction.
- Coordinate daily jobsite activities, ensuring crews are efficient, safe, and meet production goals.
- Maintain and prepare equipment, including infrared machines, seal coat rigs, and patch trucks.
- Communicate project progress with clients and team members; resolve conflicts proactively.
- Read and interpret plans, drawings, and maps; convey strategy to your crew clearly.
- Emphasize safety leadership, complete OSHA 10, and train team on safety practices and PPE.
- Keep accurate records, daily reports, and communicate with the Operations Manager.
- Possess strong leadership, customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
