We are seeking an Asphalt/Concrete Construction Manager join our team in Fort Collins, Colorado or Cheyenne, Wyoming, and be part company that leads in aggregates, asphalt, and ready-mix concrete production, along with asphalt paving and extensive construction projects. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Manager opportunity include:
- 10+ years of experience in paving, utility, and road/bridge construction or similar industry preferred; 5+ years in a leadership position
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, similar field or equivalent work experience
- Working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local agency (OSHA/MSHA, DEQ, DOT, etc.) regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), and production/scheduling planning software
- Oversee construction projects including highways, bridges, roads, parking lots, site excavation, and pipelines, ensuring planning, execution, and monitoring of production and profitability
- Manage operational activities within assigned area, focusing on the overall success and efficiency of construction operations
Salary: $140,000 - $190,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
