Description

Work on some of the most exclusive residential projects in the country with a private development group that manages investments and real estate projects for a high-net-worth family office. This Architectural Rendering Specialist position in Fort Worth, TX offers the rare opportunity to create photorealistic 3D visualizations for ultra–high-end residential estates valued between $10M–$30M, as well as select commercial interior projects. Collaborating with renowned architects and traveling to stunning project locations like Carmel, CA, you’ll help bring luxury designs to life through exceptional visual storytelling.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Rendering Specialist position include:

  • Strong expertise in photorealistic architectural rendering – Create high-end exterior and interior renderings for luxury residential and commercial projects.
  • 3D modeling experience using architectural visualization software – Develop detailed 3D models from architectural drawings, PDFs, or sketches.
  • Exceptional rendering quality and visual realism – Accurately represent materials, lighting, textures, landscaping, and surrounding environments.
  • Ability to collaborate with architects and project teams – Translate design intent from outside architects into detailed visual presentations.
  • Experience generating multiple perspectives and presentation visuals – Produce images for design reviews, client presentations, and marketing.
  • Adaptability and strong revision workflow – Modify renderings based on feedback related to layout, materials, and design details.
  • Organized asset management skills – Maintain libraries of materials, textures, furniture, and fixtures for efficient rendering workflows.
  • Willingness to travel for project collaboration – Travel regularly to Carmel, CA (typically Tuesday–Thursday several weeks per month) to support project development.

Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
