Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Project Manager opportunity include:
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture
- Registered Architect is preferred, but not required. Must be on the track to obtaining.
- Must have project management and multi-family design experience (apartments, assisted living, senior living, etc.)
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite; SketchUp, Adobe, and Bluebeam preferred
- Knowledgeable in building codes, FHA, accessibility, and wood-framed construction standards, and experience generating COMchecks
- Manage and coordinate all facets of multiple small to medium projects, ensuring efficient and cost-effective execution
- Primary liaison with clients, managing budgets, schedules, communications, and documentation
- Responsible for estimating project fees, defining the scope of work, and preparing proposals and contracts
Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
