Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Drafter position include:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in architectural drafting with a focus on residential structures
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Architecture and ability to produce complete construction documents
- Experience developing schematic designs and accurate measured drawings of existing buildings
- Ability to research and apply local building and zoning codes in all design work
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in creating 2D/3D models and plans
- Collaborate with designers to translate concepts into actionable construction documents
- Participate in meetings with clients to define project scope and ensure clear communication
- Must be able to work hybrid: minimum one day per week in-office in Glendale, CA
Salary: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
