Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Designer position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (preferred)
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit/AutoCAD and preparing coordinated drawing sets for residential projects
- Strong understanding of building codes and construction detailing, assisting with ACC/ARC/HOA and permitting submittals
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while supporting milestone deliveries
- Experience preparing site plans using surveys, FEMA maps, soils reports, and deed restrictions
- Assist in takeoff/bidding processes and collaborate with project teams on budgeting and specifications
- Prepare electrical layouts, elevations, annotations, keynotes, and material tags for review
- Maintain current knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and industry trends while serving as a technical resource
Salary: $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
