Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Client Manager position include:
- 10+ years of architectural experience in commercial construction; degree in Architecture required (licensure is a plus)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients; manage expectations and ensure project delivery
- Strong knowledge of construction documents, detailing, and building codes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit; foundational knowledge of MEP systems
- Oversee multiple projects and teams within the retail studio (including mall and branded retail clients)
- Perform quality control, ensure standards compliance, and guide technical development
- Coordinate with consultants and internal departments; manage schedules and budgets
- Mentor junior staff and assist with professional development and performance reviews
Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
