Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Associate position include:
- Minimum 5 years of experience required, 10+ years preferred in residential architecture, particularly with wood-frame single-family and townhomes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion is required
- Prepare full sets of construction documents and updated portfolios to present previous work
- Collaborate directly with owners and internal departments on design, documentation, and construction administration
- Create sales plans, permitting documents, ResCheck energy tabulations, strip plans/elevations, and area plans
- Coordinate with site superintendents, civil engineers, suppliers, and internal departments
- Manage custom design revisions and project timelines independently
- Strong communication skills and the ability to self-manage multiple priorities
Salary: $60,000 – $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
