Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architect position include:
- Minimum 5 years of architectural experience with a strong background in custom residential design
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture required; licensure not required
- High proficiency in AutoCAD (7–8/10 skill level minimum) and SketchUp; Revit experience is a plus
- Experience designing custom homes ranging from 3,500 to 8,500 square feet
- Involvement in all project phases from design through construction administration
- Ability to balance both production and project management responsibilities
- Strong client interaction and communication skills
- Experience in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and high design standards are essential
Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
