This Senior Commercial Construction Project Manager opportunity blends hands-on project oversight with clear documentation support, all while working within a low-turnover organization.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Commercial Construction Project Manager position include:
- 5-10 years of commercial construction project management experience
- Commercial construction experience managing multiple active projects (typical workload: 6-8)
- Experience with multisite projects and petroleum/gas station experience desired
- Quick-serve restaurant, retail, ground-up, gas station, and renovation experience preferred
- Ability to manage start-to-finish project delivery, including occupied and unoccupied renovations
- Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Bluebeam, Excel, and Raken/Raiken
- Monitor schedules, costs, documentation, and change orders; coordinate with superintendents, estimators, accounting, and back-office support
Salary: $125,000-$150,000 per year, depending on experience.
