This Quality Systems Engineer Assistant opportunity blends quality systems support with engineering assistance in a dynamic, collaborative setting.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Quality Systems Engineer Assistant position include:
- 2–3 years of QMS experience in any industry, with strong working knowledge of ISO 9001
- Respond to customer QMS requests and actions
- Support basic audit activities
- Assist with CAPA, root-cause, and corrective-action support
- Help with engineering requests, material sourcing, and research
- Contribute to future process improvements, work instructions, and new product introductions
- Collaborate with customers, production teams, and suppliers (no direct reports)
Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Two weeks of vacation, 401(k), and paid holidays; no employer health plan.
