Bring your estimating expertise to a South Florida millwork and cabinetry team delivering high-end luxury residential trim packages across Riviera Beach and beyond. In this Estimator - Custom Millwork & Cabinetry opportunity, you’ll help keep proposal velocity moving fast while producing quick, accurate bids for premium projects.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Estimator - Custom Millwork & Cabinetry position include:
- 3-5+ years of estimating experience in custom millwork, cabinetry, woodworking, architectural millwork, or related luxury residential work.
- Prepare estimates, material takeoffs, budgets, proposals, and bid packages from architectural/design plans.
- Perform complete material takeoffs and quantity surveys, ensuring accuracy and strong bid competitiveness.
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, finish schedules, and interior design documents.
- Act as the gatekeeper for estimating—deciding what to bid, when to bid, and tracking bid activity.
- Coordinate with project managers, purchasing, production, and field personnel during the preconstruction process.
- Communicate with architects, owners, builders, and designers as needed to support estimating and bid delivery.
- Maintain project documentation within company ERP/CRM systems and assist management with estimating procedures and process improvements.
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
