An exciting opportunity is available for a Senior Construction Project Manager in Fort Lauderdale, FL, with a commercial construction firm specializing in multi-state chain store projects from concept through completion. This is a great opportunity for an experienced project manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple projects at once, and wants to work closely with clients, superintendents, and subcontractors while being based out of a corporate office in Broward County.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Construction Project Manager position include:
- Experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Strong background with chain store construction projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different states
- Must be comfortable traveling frequently to job sites for meetings with clients, superintendents, and subcontractors
- Ideally located in Broward County, FL, with the ability to work from the corporate office in Fort Lauderdale
- Procore experience is ideal
- Strong communication, organization, and project coordination skills
- Ability to oversee project schedules, subcontractors, client expectations, and overall project execution
Salary: $80,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
