A Senior Civil Project Manager - Site Development & Municipal Infrastructure opportunity is available in Davenport, IA with a highly respected, 120-year-old multidisciplinary engineering, architecture, surveying, and consulting firm known for its exceptional employee retention, strong municipal reputation, and collaborative “all-under-one-roof” approach. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Civil Project Manager - Site Development & Municipal Infrastructure position include:
- 10+ years of demonstrated experience in site development, municipal engineering, subdivision infrastructure, or general civil engineering projects.
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or a closely related engineering field from an accredited university is required.
- Must hold a Professional Engineer license in Iowa or be able to obtain one within three months; Illinois or Missouri PE licensure is desirable.
- Excellent working knowledge of Civil3D, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word is required, with stormwater modeling software experience a plus.
- Lead site development and municipal infrastructure projects while managing timelines, budgets, quality, deliverables, and project risks.
- Develop and review plans, specifications, permitting packages, construction documents, engineering reports, and construction cost estimates.
- Coordinate with clients, municipalities, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Provide construction oversight, mentor younger engineers and technical staff, and support high-quality sustainable design solutions.
Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 with overtime paid at time and a half, commensurate with experience.
