Join a fast-growing commercial construction team as a Commercial Remodel Superintendent in Milwaukee, WI, where you’ll play a direct role in leading multi-site grocery and convenience store remodels for a well-established company with deep Midwest roots. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a high-energy, growth-focused environment backed by a 40-year history, a strong reputation in demolition and new construction, and a unique sustainability mission that recycles 95% of demolition tonnage through its own crushing operation.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Remodel Superintendent position include:
- Extensive commercial finish carpentry experience
- Lead day-to-day field operations across 3-4 active grocery retail remodel and buildout job sites
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Oversee subcontractors and manage crews in the field
- Strong leadership, communication, and schedule discipline
- Coordinate materials, deliveries, transfers, and jobsite logistics
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Maintain quality, cleanliness, pace, and organization across multiple project sites
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
