Description
Join a rapidly growing steel fabrication operation as a Steel Fabrication Foreman in Rhome, TX, where you will lead high-impact production teams supporting major projects in wind and solar energy, transmission lines, data centers, and wind turbine foundations. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a hands-on leadership role with a well-established company that has been operating since the 1980’s and is expanding with a second facility, making it an excellent place for someone who thrives in a fast-paced shop environment and wants to grow with the business.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Steel Fabrication Foreman position include:
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience, including at least 2 years in a foreman or management role
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required
- Lead and supervise fabrication crews across the day shift or the night shift, with oversight of 30+ employees
- Oversee steel fabrication processes including cutting, bending, punching, and production flow
- Manage heavy equipment operations including shear lines, hydraulic presses, radius benders, saws, and overhead cranes
- Maintain high standards for workplace safety, productivity, and quality control
- Coordinate materials, steel deliveries, and outgoing shipments throughout the facility
- Work closely with shop and operations leadership to meet deadlines and production goals
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
