Qualifications and responsibilities for this Property Office Coordinator position include:
- Strong customer service skills; interact daily with high-end clientele and maintain professional communication
- Experience in scheduling and coordination; manage work orders, staff schedules, and vendor services
- Organizational skills; monitor warranty/service inbox and maintain accurate records and reporting
- Ability to multitask; follow up on job statuses, client communications, and unpaid accounts
- Familiarity with vendor coordination; create purchase orders and approve accounts payable invoices
- Administrative experience; onboard new clients and coordinate documentation with accounting
- Problem-solving mindset; handle client issues and coordinate resolutions efficiently
- Team-oriented attitude; assist with weekend coverage scheduling and support internal staff
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
